Improving the technology in warehouse to realize intelligent warehousing

As far as logistics warehousing is concerned, it mainly includes five stages of development: manual warehousing, mechanized warehousing, automated warehousing, integrated automated warehousing and intelligent automated warehousing. China's warehousing industry is in the automation stage or even most of it has not yet reached mature automation, and will transform to intelligent automation stage in the future. Automatic improvement can directly improve warehousing efficiency and save labor cost, while intelligent improvement can carry out dynamic storage, enhance the flexibility of supply chain, open up warehousing and production information base, make intelligent arrangement of warehouse goods on demand, and realize seamless and efficient connection.


The automatic and intelligent unmanned warehouse consists of five parts: identification, handling, storage, sorting and management system. The storage system mainly involves the application of automatic three-dimensional warehouse. Automatic three-dimensional warehouse (AS/RS) generally uses high-rise three-dimensional shelf to store goods. With computer control technology as the main means, automatic handling equipment can be used to carry out the operation in and out of the warehouse, which can improve the utilization rate of storage and reduce the errors of cargo processing and information processing. In the handling and sorting system, AGV robot is one of the important equipment. The AGV in warehouse can be divided into three kinds: handling, sorting and sorting. According to the actual scene application statistics, handling AGV can reduce the delivery cost of ordinary orders by 20% to 40%, the average efficiency of picking AGV can be increased by 3 to 5 times, and the manpower can be saved by 50% to 70%. Sorting AGV can increase the sorting efficiency by 30% and save manpower by 70%. In addition, the cooperative robot (fixed manipulator, AGV manipulator composite robot, etc.), which coexists with the staff division of labor, avoids the high cost needed for the overall transformation of the warehouse, and can quickly cover the loading, unloading, sorting, palletizing and other scenes, so it is suitable for the application of small and medium-sized warehouses. In the identification system, the application of RFID radio frequency technology and visual sensing technology provide support for automatic identification to obtain information and convert it into effective data. In the management system, in addition to the warehouse management system (WMS) and warehouse control system (WCS), the artificial intelligence algorithm in intelligent warehousing can realize the functions of automatic recommended storage location, balance of replenishment inventory distribution, dispatching robot handling, driving the distribution of goods at the production end, and is the brain of intelligent warehousing to optimize the storage operation to the greatest extent.
