Xpediator says it is no longer in discussions to acquire Intereuropa, the Slovenian logistics company.

It revealed that it was talking to Intereuropa in January, saying it was part of a competitive sales process and an offer might follow, but pointed out that other bidders were also in discussions with the controlling shareholders.
