End - to - end supply chain warehousing

And deliver the goods to the nearby production factory within 2 hours.

( 3 ) finished product warehousing and outbound

The process is similar to that of raw materials, i.e. when the factory production is completed, the product with board is transported to the receiving platform of the finished product warehouse, sent to the port of the conveying line by the manual forklift, automatically scanned and detected to obtain location information, etc., and the AGV is driven to pick up the goods and send them to the entrance of the vertical warehouse, and sent to the designated location by the stacker. At the time of delivery, the robot will complete the stacking and delivery.

In addition to efficient logistics equipment, the big data master control system behind it is superior in capability, both as a data center, as well as a monitoring center, a decision center and a control center, ensuring " zero handling, zero errors and zero damage" of all goods. The task status of intelligent equipment in the library, the stock-out customer singular number, stock-out order progress, stock-in quantity trend and stock-out quantity trend in the stock-out area can be clearly seen at a glance in the numerical control center.
