Shunfeng Express and Jingdong Logistics scored more than 80 % in public satisfaction

On October 26, the State Post Office released a report on the satisfaction and punctuality of express delivery service in the third quarter of 2018.

In the third quarter of 2018, the public satisfaction score of user express service was 78.1 points, up 0.9 points from the same period of last year, up 0.1 points from the second quarter of this year.

Among them, more than 80 points about public satisfaction of express delivery enterprises are Shunfeng Express and Jingdong Logistics. 76 - 80 points are Zhongtong Express, Postal EMS, yuantong express, Yunda Express, Baishi Express and Shentong Express. 74 - 76 points are high-speed express and Debang express.

In the third quarter of 2018, the overall time limit for express delivery service in key areas nationwide was 61.17 hours, and the 72 - hour punctuality rate was 74.93 %, basically the same as that of the same period last year.
