On October 26, Shunfeng Holdings ( 002352 ) announced the acquisition of the supply chain business of Germany Post DHL in mainland China, Hong Kong, China and Macao, China at a price of 5.5 billion yuan.

According to the announcement, Shunfeng Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shunfeng Holdings ( hereinafter referred to as " Shunfeng Hong Kong" ), signed the General Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Shares on October 26, 2018 with Deyou Holdings, Ocean Holdings and Dunhao Global Freight Logistics ( Hong Kong ) Limited, subsidiaries of DP DHL.

The parties agree that Shunfeng Hong Kong will acquire 100 % equity in DHL Supply Chain ( Hong Kong ) Limited ( hereinafter referred to as " DHL Hong Kong" ) held by Deutsche Post Holdings and Ocean Holdings and 100 % equity in DHL Logistics ( Beijing ) Limited ( hereinafter referred to as " DHL Beijing" ) held by DHL Freight.
