The annual international fair for materials handling and logistics-CeMAT ASIA will grandly open from 25-28 October 2011 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As a high-end professional exhibition integrating frontier science and technology in present logistics field, innovative thoughts and service concepts, this year’s show will gather together packing machinery, crane, AGV, and transportation equipment, which were exhibited separately previously, to form five brand new theme display areas. These areas combined with the AUTO-ID display sector will be the highlight of the show.
Packing Equipment and Accessory Area
With the rapid development of global packing market, as well as the wide application of packing service in China’s medicine, food, drinks, chemical, tobacco, clothing, retailing, and light industry in recent years, the country’s packing machinery grows fast, both in quantity and variety, and has made remarkable achievements, making it one of the top ten sectors in machinery industry. Against this background, this CeMAT ASIA 2011 will launch the packing equipment and accessory area, gathering famous brands of packing equipment and accessory both at home and abroad to display the latest products, cutting-edge technologies, and green environment-friendly results in packing field.
Crane and Accessory Area
CeMAT ASIA this year join hands with Logistics Engineering Branch of Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineers (CSME) and Beijing Materials Handling Research Institute (BMHRI) to launch a brand new area for crane and accessory, focusing on exhibiting emerging products and technologies in crane production industry. Numerous leading enterprises in the industry, such as Demag, ABUS, SWF, KITO, Gorbel, BADA, SHUANGNIAO and Jiali will gather here. At the same time, buyers from hydroelectric power, nuclear power, wind power, military project and other important sectors will come to conduct business talks and communicate with exhibitors.
AGV Area
AGV Area will once again provide manufacturers with excellent opportunities to build their brands. China having integrated development of global logistics and procurement, maintains stable and rapid growth. With the logistic facility scale expanding rapidly, China plays an increasingly important role in global facility trading. China’s diversified industries have provided a broad application stage for AGV as a leading technology, to improve logistics efficiency. Many international companies have set their eyes on this business opportunity. This professional display area, which fully covers hot issues of the automation market will charter a brand new development direction for the whole industry.
Transportation Equipment and Accessory Area
The organizer will integrate resources and make all efforts to build a transportation equipment and accessory theme display area, so as to propel the development of the transportation industry. The exhibits include belt conveyer, pipe belt conveyor, roller conveyor, perpendicular conveyor, drag conveyor, overhead trolley conveyer, lifting system, bearing, trolley and chain wheel. Large-scale enterprises in the industry such as Interroll, Damon, ITOH, Houng Fuh and Jiacheng have registered for the exhibition.
AUTO-ID Area
Apart from the above four major independent theme display areas, AUTO-ID area will also make its appearance as a traditional exhibition sector. The organizer has made joint efforts with Shanghai Exhibition Co., Ltd. to bring a brand new significance to this area. Many major enterprises committing themselves to logistics innovative technology R&D have registered actively for the exhibition, and the exhibition area has increased twice as before.
From exhibition brand marketing to the promotion of independent display areas, CeMAT ASIA has evolved gradually during many years of growth.
